Perhaps: Post-nasal drips may irritate the throat but sore throat is uncommon. Ear pain is not caused by post-nasal drips although nasal congestion may lead to obstruction of the inner ear tube leading to infection. You need to get this checked out by a doctor (ENT, allergist).
