Hard to say: There has never been a controlled study to determine the efficacy of this treatment for tinnitus. There are anecdotal reports of improvement. I have personally tried this product and had 0% improvement.

Unclear: I am not aware of any good studies showing a benefit. It's marketed heavily by a company that makes lipoflavanoid preparations. I've actually tried the product myself and didn't notice any improvement in my own tinnitus. The treatment should be safe and is worth a try but you might also notice no change. I hope this information is helpful. Stephen weber, M.D. Lone tree facial plastic surgeon.
