Is it possible to be able to stop the ssri you're taking one day and having been recovered totally from ocd so no need for meds again ?

Most likely not: Ocd is a chronic illness, and generally needs medications for many years -- at least with current forms of treatment. Perhaps future discoveries will make your scenario possible one day.
