can i tell me how i can get over ocd thoughts by myself?

Dr. Barbara Lavi

It is much easier: To work on ocd with a therapist. They will help you with tips (behavior modification or cognitive behavioral) or help you try to understand what unconscious issues may be behind the thoughts (more psychoanalytic therapies).
