make big &/or strng: There r 2 types of wt lifting. Power lifting is to max the strenght u can possibly obtain, usually done for competition, or just 2 b strong. Other lifting is done to maximize size as in body builders. Both r a different type of program. U decide where u want 2 go and get on a program using a personal trainer, at least 2 get started. Many r done @ different gyms that specialize.
