Yes: It can definitley be harder to lose weight after having children. Along with that, it is harder to lose weight as we get older. Metabolism slows down. Eating healthy, lots of fruit and vegetables, limited sugars, sodas, snacks, and fried foods, and exercising is of the utmost importance!
