Yes, most can: Pcos affects 8-10% of women, maybe more as the pcos definition changed in 2003 to include some women with regular periods as well as with irregular cycles. Many women with pcos have no fertility issues, but some do need infertility treatment, especially if pcos causes irregular cycles or no periods (not ovulating). See a repro endo if ttc without success as fertility treatments generally work well.
