Prenatal vitamins: There is no vitamin which will correct PCOS but if you are trying to get pregnant you should be on prenatal vitamins. See your doctor for help with the PCOS.

PCOS tx: None of the vitamins will help with PCOS. Prenatal vitamins are a good idea if you are trying to become pregnant. If your diagnosis of PCOS is correct-exercise and weight loss are the best treatment in trying to regulate your period. You can also discuss insulin sensitizing treatments with your doctor.
