There is no natural : There is no natural cure for pcos, it is a complex problem not fully understood involving Insulin resistance and elevations of androgens ( male hormones) leading to imbalance which causes sx of irregular menses, excess hair growth, hair loss, acne and infertility. Treatment involves regulating the period, treating Insulin resistance, wt loss and controlling unwanted hair and hair loss.
