PMS: Diet (reduce sugar & caffeine & salt, increase fiber, calcium, vitamin E ) , lifestyle changes (aerobic exercises, psychotherapy, adequate rest & sleep ), ssri medications such as prozac, hormones, diuretics, anti-inflammatory drugs, clonidine, chasteberry, st. Johns wort, evening primrose oil , supportive tx's.
