PMS Tx: Diet rich in essential fatty acids, lifestyle changes (aerobic exercises, reduce caffeine/sugar/salt, increase fiber, adequate rest & sleep) , hormonal, supportive therapy & use of ssri's. Success has been reported with supplements such as calcium, magnesium, manganese, vitamin e, b6 & tryptophan. Other medications include diuretics, clonidine, chasteberry, nsaid's, st. Johns wort, omega 6.

PMS: Pms tx: nsaid’s, ssri’s, hormone meds, otc meds containing diuretics, warm bath, heating pad, exercise ; acupuncture are excellent for pms. Avoid caffeine, chocolate, alcohol ; salt. Get gyn eval to r/o underlying pathology. Consider omega- 3 fatty acids, magnesium (supplementation or through diet) or black cohosh with dr ok. Sipping chamomile can dissipate pain.
