Pharmacist: First call your pharmacist and tell him what happened. If he thinks it is no longer good, based in the details of what you tell him, then call your doctor. Your doc may want to send another rx or just stop. For example, if treating otitis media, sometimes 5-7 days is enough if your child is old enough.
