If it is time for the next dose, then skip the already missed dose and continue with the next dose.

While it is always best to take an antibiotic exactly as prescribed, amoxicillin can be used with several different schedules. If this was the only dose you missed, just continue on schedule and finish all the medication that was prescribed. Another option would be to double up on your next dose only, but I find that is less well tolerated. Hope you feel better soon.
