14 days tops: As soon as the powder is reconstituted it begins the countdown of safe use. If left out at room air conditioned room temperature it will go bad in a week.Refrigeration gives it 2 wks, beyond that point the strength or effectiveness decays rapidly.

Shelf-life: Once reconstituted, AUGMENTIN (amoxicillin and clavulanate) Syrup should be stored in a refrigerator (but not frozen) and used within 7 days.
