Maybe.: I've been a surgeon for 32 yrs, but i was a physicist before that, and I have used (and taught) lasers for decades. Young surgeons are now taught by surgeons that taught me and some i may have taught, so certainly they have better exposure to lasers than i did. Unfortunately, there is still more marketing than truth in "laser surgery." choose carefully; surgeon is much more important than the tool.
