Should i stop antibiotic use if i have the flu?

Probably: Influenza is caused by a virus and this will not be susceptible to antibiotics (altho neuraminidase inhibitors may help). Antibiotics are sometimes given to patients with influenza because they have developed secondary bacterial infections.

Depends on reason: It depends on why you're taking the antibiotics. Antibiotics won't treat the flu, which is caused by a virus.
