Unfortunately, : That is limited info. Do you take other meds, do you have any medical conditions? High blood pressure for example. Is your skin scaly at all? You can try elevating your feet, wearing compressive socks. For the itching you can try an antifungal agent but this is conjecture on my part, see a doc for a proper exam.

Possible High BP: If your feet are both swollen, this is most commonly due to high blood pressure. When the swelling becomes worse, it may cause itching to the feet. The other thing to consider is some form of allergic reaction, if your skin is breaking down. Either way, consult with your podiatrist for a definitive answer and treatment.

Angioedema/allergy: If the swelling is of sudden onset and the skin is intact, you may be experiencing a systemic allergic reaction. This could be to a medication or pollen or food you ate, especially if any other parts of your body are also itchy. If just the feet, athlete's foot is possible, or a contact reaction to your shoes or carpet or a substance on the floor is also possible. You do need to be seen by a doc.
