Hello, I think I can see my epiglottis in my mouth when I open it really wide. The back of my throat feels sore and as if there is something stuck there. Should I be worried? Thank you

5 days w/sore throat low in neck. Looked at tonsils (normal) but noticed I could see my epiglottis pop up. It's redder and bigger over the past day. Seems like maybe constricting air a bit. Advice?
