Usually not: But there are exceptions. But any change that you notice in your breasts, your nipples or your skin should be checked by a knowledgeable doctor and a good physical exam.

Sensitive Nipples: No. Signs of cancer involving the nipple include a bloody discharge, a non-healing sore in the area, or a rock hard mass just beneath the nipple. Sensitive nipples , on the other hand, do not signify an underlying malignancy. To be sure, you should undergo your periodic mammogram, which is always good advice.
