Large vein going through my left areola & it slightly makes my nipple look diffent than the other, not painful, no swelling, no lumps i have the iud so im not sure what it is but kinda freaking out, sign of cancer?

This vein may have weak valves accounting for its size. It doesn't appear that you have any other breast pathology, but a breast surgeon can examine & reassure you. There are a few methods of removing such a vein if you wish to.
