Yes: Your health record is your property. The same way you can tell us who to release info to... If you decide to change your mind- you can notify the doctor and your record can be updated. This often is done at check -in. You would want it to be on the actual record- so i wouldnt just call and ask for it to be changed. There should be a written documentation with your signature.
