Good evening. my wife is on chronic medication. how is her health supervised where she has been using pills for a long time now without any information from her doctor regarding the damage the the medicine could be doing?

Medication: She was probably given medication for a chronic condition. Now more importantly if the doctor did not discuss risks of the medication use I would suggest that you read up from the internet full details of their medication.

Needs follow-up care: It would be helpful if you could include what medication your wife is taking and for what chronic condition. In general, she should have follow-up with her doctor to see if the medication is controlling her chronic condition and to determine what side-effects, if any, she is having. So, she needs to schedule a follow-up visit with her doctor-sooner if there are any concerns. Best of luck to you!
