Maybe: There are lots of things that can result in itching. Scabies could be acquired it this setting but is more common with regular direct body contact, If the itching persists, have it checked.Scabies responds best to prescribed meds.

Probably not scabies: Scabies isn't a risk from sharing bathrooms and washrooms, but could be caught in dormitories through contact with others' clothes, bedding, etc. However, itching alone doesn't necessarily mean scabies; you would also have a visible rash. See a doctor to evaluate the itching and recommend treatment. Good luck.
