Feet purple when cold, then during hot shower to warm up get tingling in feet. had spinal tap, no ms or other neuro. probs. circulation issue?

Could be a sign of Raynaud's phenomenon, which is a constriction of the small blood vessels of the hands and feet, typically in response to exposure to cold. Keeping the feet warm is a challenge in winter or air conditioned rooms, but it is very important to do so.

Couple thots: Maybe Raynaud's with vascular instabilty, but the sequences might be indicative of poor arterial blood flow, or even venous congestion. I think a NIVA study of both arteries and veins in legs might help.
