Poor circulation: It does sound like poor circulation and the best treatment is to make sure your feet remain warm at all times

Couple thots: Maybe Raynaud's with vascular instabilty, but the sequences might be indicative of poor arterial blood flow, or even venous congestion. I think a NIVA study of both arteries and veins in legs might help.
