Cold feet: Multiple possibile explanations. Some individuals have abnormal vasorreactivity of the small vessels causing spasm or vasodilatation. Occasionally when very bothersome can be treated with calcium blockers. However your symptoms could be also due to neuropathy. That needs to be investigated by a neurologist.

Venous insufficiency: Either poor function of the deep or superficial veins of the leg can cause swelling and redness/purple coloring, when this is associated with swelling. The simplest treatment is compression stockings, but if the deep veins are blocked they can be stented. The superficial veins can be treated with an office procedure (laser or radiofrequency ablation).

You need to see a : Doctor. This is not normal in a 22 year old. Do you have any medical problems. Your circulation needs to be assessed. You also, may have more than one condition going on.
