Im 7w4d pregnant went for an ultrasound, there was the yolk sac gestional sac and the heartbeat was a 150 but i couldnt see a baby, is that normal?

Probably: If there was a fetal heart beat if 150, there must have been a fetal pole. That rate at 7+4 is normal.
