Least of ur worries: About four percent of incoming medical students profess to be vegetarians; almost none are by the time of graduation -- they realize they were deceived. The dangers of both a vegetarian and a strict vegan diet are as great as, though different from, the junk-food obesogenic diet; both ruin people's health. If you must be a vegetarian, get scientific help on the supplements, and good luck.
