Abnormalities of "taste and smell" are common with recovered patients who have had positive COVID-19 illness. This will genarally return to "normal" with time, but get a referral to an ENT physician for guidance.

You describe symptoms consistent with parosmia- common in sinus, upper respiratory infections. Other causes are possible. For more information you can go to Wikipedia and look for parosmia. Hope it helps.
