A few things: Firstly, i would hope that you have the opportunity to leave the house, even for a short time to get some form of exercise. Ie: walk around the block. However, if you need to be at home, depending on your health and agility, use can do push ups, run in place, stretch, lift weights. Eat properly and get enough sleep.
