Late supper?: Eating late at night (too close to bed-time) can affect conditions like weight gain, acid-reflux, abnormal sleep cycles and digestive/urinary health. Keep it a light supper by eating little meals during the day. Perhaps biggest meal at breakfast or lunch. Bon appetit!
