I work and close late everyday, i normally get home around 10pm and take dinner, can it cause any health problems?

Yes, unhealthy : It's a bad habit to eat late and then go to bed. You will gain weight . Plan to eat dinner earlier while at work.

It should not: However be aware that stress can raise your blood pressure, blood sugar etc. See your dr at least once a year for check up. Late supper?: Eating late at night (too close to bed-time) can affect conditions like weight gain, acid-reflux, abnormal sleep cycles and digestive/urinary health. Keep it a light supper by eating little meals during the day. Perhaps biggest meal at breakfast or lunch. Bon appetit!
