Call or see a doctor: Patients who check inr's report the results right away to their doctors (because abnormal coagulation can be a life-threatening emergency, depending on a patient's medical condition). Since this question was posted about a day ago, your doctor likely has advised you on the next step. The other symptoms described sound like diarrhea, and can cause changes in warfarin metabolism (thus affect inr's).

Needs evaluation: You are describing a set of symptoms that could have many possible explanations - a high INR usually causes bleeding problems, but those would stop when the INR returns to the normal level. Best to see your doctor for an evaluation.
