Could be familial: It is not unusual to see gallstones in young females, less frequently in males, could be familial ( genetic ) most of the time it is not is due to diet obesity infections etc will contributes for the formation of gall stones.

Pregnancy and Stones: The fact that you are female and pregnant already puts you at an increased risk for developing gallstones. Many women are found to have gallstones during their pregnancy. If you're not having any severe symptoms or signs of infection then this can just be observed until after the birth of your baby.
