Gallstones: Cholelithiasis is the medical term for gallstones. Symptoms from gallstones are generally upper abdomen and right upper abdomen discomfort with gas pressure feelings after eating, often with nausea or sometimes vomiting. I do not know what would cause feelings of movement. See your doctor to help identufy if your gallstones are causing your issues.
