CYSTS ARE NOT CANCER: If MRI and ultrasound are normal and doctor said it is not cyst/cancer than you do not have to worry, it is not cancer cysts are lumps filled with gelatinous substances and can be left alone and cause no problem, but these lumps can be surgically removed .Any general surgeon can do it but if it is not even cyst than you leave it alone and follow your docs advice.

Possibilities: Two possibilities would include a lipoma or a sebaceous cyst. Both are non-cancerous and generally don't need to be removed unless they cause symptoms.
