Superglue : Yes a sterile type of glue is used after some surgeries to close the wound. In an emergency situation in the field superglue can be used.

Sort of: There is over-the-counter skin adhesive that is a sterile form of superglue. It works great on small cuts. I would not recommend using regular superglue on your wounds.
