Is it true that the pain that comes with kidney stones is closely related to a pancreatic attack?

No: Different organs, different organ problems. Pain from the kidney stone is a combination of blockage of the kidney's urine drainage by the stone and the stone moving down the ureter. Pancreatitis is like a chemical burn caused by leakage of pancreatic enzymes around the pancreas.
