In your acl a doctor told me it is it rarer to tear your posterolateral bundle alonethan your anteromedial bundle alone? why is this and is it true?

Acl injuries: Acl ligaments have 2 bundles ,the anterior medial is more susceptible to injury based on its anatomical location . It doesn't really matter which bundle is torn as the treatment is the same which is initial pt followed by acl reconstruction
