Yes: Not sure how you can have pain under your right arm near your left breast...But assuming you meant that the pain is under your arm near your breast, most of the time it is not a serious thing. Caffeine can play a role, so can time in your cycle. But always safest to go get checked. Have you had a mammogram recently? Good luck!
