Nerve irritation: Your pain may be from your cervical ( neck) spine secondary to a nerve root irritation. This can be caused by many things. Seeing your PCP or a Pain Physician is indicated for a full examination. Imaging studies such as a MRI may be used to assist in confirming a diagnosis and in directing treatment.
