Shoulder area pain: This sounds like you have some shoulder area issue causing a nerve impingement syndrome with resultant tingling in your affected upper extremity that is innervated by the nerve. Start warm compresses to the neck and shoulder, try NSAIDS to decrease inflammation and call your Dr. for an appt. Good luck to you.
