Anterior knee pain: Pf pain syndrome can occur from the knee cap tracking on the end if the thigh bone in some irregular fashion. It can be from cartilage wear, patellar or quad tendinitis, an alignment problem, a muscle imbalance, a patella ligament injury, a dislocation, and from over activity, or to aggressive deep knee bending and jumping.
