Knee Problems: Plica is a folding of tissue within the knee capsule. They usually are not symptomatic and most people never know they have a plica. Catching or clicking are often the symptoms. If the plica can be localized a cortisone injection may be worthwhile.

Inflammed tissue.: It is a n inflammation of the band of tissue called the plica.It runs along the front/inner side of your knee, and can mimic minicscal tear symptoms.
