See a dentist: The treatment options will depend on how old she is. If she is very young child, there is very littel to do other than try to treat symptoms. If she is older and getting perm teeth then she may need some baby teeth removed to aid in eruption.

Functional Ortho: Functional orthodontics provides startegies for creating the room necessay for normal tooth eruption. This specialized field can provide for adequate jaw growth and balance, which is a major factor in crowding and ectopic eruptions, this can be started as young as age 6 or 7.

See an ORTHODONTIST: Orthodontist is the specialist trained in growth and development supervision. No matter the advertising hype, you really need to see a fully trained expert rather than a generalist who "specializes" in a technique or in an appliance, who spends most of his time not doing orthodontics. It's your child's face. Get the best advice available.

Pediatric Dentist: How old is this child? Are we talking about an infant who is getting baby teeth or an older child losing baby teeth and getting permanent teeth? Regardless, a pediatric dentist should be able to help you and set you on the correct path.
