Moisture Barrier: Perioral (around the mouth) rashes in children are usually due to irritation from saliva or foods. Avoid things which you think may trigger it. Also, use a layer of Vaseline or ChapStick or similar around the mouth. If she is still using a pacifier, time to get rid of it!
