Mouth rash: Depending on your daughter's age, ask her if she applied any lipstick or other products on her skin, she may have developed a contact allergy. She may also have eczema or if she has nasal congestion she may have developed a dry skin from mouth breathing. Take her to her doctor to determine what it is first before applying anything on it, you can apply a moisturizer to soothe it but no meds.
