Watch closely: Most over the counter products - athlete's foot cream like Lotrimen - are reasonably effective for a single small body ringworm. But, as with any rash, if it doesn't respond to treatment over a period of a week consider having a medical professional look at it. It may be something other than a fungal (ringworm) infection.
