What are suggested jaw relaxation exercises?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

None I know of: There are no exercises to relax the jaw. The idea is simply not to exercise the jaw...To let it relax on its own. Don't bite down. Don't open and close your mouth or move your jaw from side to side repeatedly. Let your jaw rest and relax with the teeth slightly parted.
