See Oral Surgeon: You need to have "lock" reduced & also a work-up on what may have contributed to this. Locked open or closed? Is this the first time that this has happened? Any history of crepitus or joint noise (popping clicking). Skeletal muscle relaxer, possible mso4, & even sedation may be needed to reduce you depending on how long you have been locked open- the longer open the more muscle spasm rigidity.

Oral surgeon: See oral surgeon ASAP. He can diagnose the problem and treat it. Unlocking the jaw can be done either with local anesthesia, or often IV sedation.
