Get organized!: Make a daily food, water, and physical activity planner. Be accounatble for everything you put in your mouth. Build up to 10-12 glasses of water daily. Eat protein at every meal. Lots of veggies, lean protein, and good fats. Minimize extra carbs, nothing white! no alcohol until you reach your normal weight. Eat a good protein breakfast and eat multiple meals. Exercise daily 40 minutes. Sleep 8 hrs.
