This should include eliminating electronics at least 1 hour prior to desired sleep time, removing clutter from the bedroom area and limiting bedroom to primarily sleep, exercise early in the day, make a ritual at night that relaxes you: try reading, drinking hot decaf tea such as linden leaf, warm showers, relaxing music, journaling.
